• Previous experience in call center customer service or other customer-facing roles.<br>• Strong attention to detail, particularly in order entry and data management.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• A background in the automotive industry is highly preferred but not mandatory.<br>• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with customer service software and tools.<br>• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.<br>• A commitment to delivering high-quality service and creating positive customer experiences.
