						<p>We are looking for a skilled and meticulous Compensation &  Benefits Specialist to join our client's team in Bloomfield, Connecticut on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of employee benefit programs, supporting claims administration, and collaborating with payroll teams to maintain seamless benefit operations. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and expertise in benefits management to deliver effective solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Conduct thorough audits of employee benefits to verify compliance and accuracy.</p><p>• Administer claims across various benefit programs, including medical, dental, and vision plans.</p><p>• Reconcile insurance payments and address any discrepancies promptly.</p><p>• Provide support to employees during benefit enrollment and offer clear guidance on available options.</p><p>• Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of benefits-related deductions.</p><p>• Regularly review active employee benefits and assess eligibility criteria.</p><p>• Coordinate with external vendors, such as insurance providers, to resolve benefit-related concerns.</p><p>• Organize and lead discussions on benefits programs using communication tools like Cisco Webex Meetings.</p><p>• Generate detailed reports to evaluate the utilization and effectiveness of benefit programs.</p><p>• Assist with audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate records and data integrity.</p>
					
					
						• Demonstrated experience in auditing employee benefits and managing claims administration.<br>• In-depth knowledge of benefit functions, including medical, dental, and vision plans.<br>• Familiarity with payroll processes and handling benefits-related deductions.<br>• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and external vendors.<br>• Proficiency in using tools such as Workforce Now and Cisco Webex Meetings.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.<br>• Experience working with insurance providers and conducting reconciliations.<br>• Understanding of benefits compliance regulations and standards.
