Administrative Assistant
<p>Robert Half is seeking a dedicated, professional Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for administrative work. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office tasks while supporting key team members and client interactions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><p>Flexible scheduling is available, averaging 15-20 hours per week.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, directing calls, and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.</li><li>Manage schedules and calendars for multiple team members, ensuring seamless coordination.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and file systems (both digital and physical) to ensure information accessibility.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the team as needed.</li><li>Provide support for meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and organizing meeting materials.</li><li>Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.</li><li>Manage inventory and order office supplies, ensuring the workspace remains fully stocked and organized.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher preferred but not required.</li><li>1+ years of experience in an administrative or clerical role .</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with other office tools/business communication platforms.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently within limited hours.</li><li>A proactive approach with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.</li><li>Prior experience in staffing, human resources, or customer-facing administrative roles is a plus.</li></ul><p>For immediate consideration, please call 610.882.1700!</p>
