Operations Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. In this long-term contract role, you will provide essential support to the operations team by managing administrative tasks and contributing to project execution. This Operations Assistant position offers an opportunity to work in the dynamic retail industry while utilizing your organizational and technical skills.</p><p><br></p><p>What you get to do every single day:</p><p>• Serve as a liaison between field leadership, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up on action items.</p><p>• Prepare thorough documentation to support operational processes and decision-making.</p><p>• Develop, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track and organize critical data.</p><p>• Assist with various administrative tasks and coordinate project-related activities.</p><p>• Manage and prioritize multiple assignments to ensure deadlines are consistently met.</p>
<p>Other requirements for the Operations Assistant position include and are not limited to:</p><p><br></p><p>• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an administrative role.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.</p><p>• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.</p><p>• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.</p><p>• Familiarity with call center metrics, consumer banking, and credit card industry concepts.</p><p>• Ability to analyze critical data and contribute to operational improvements.</p><p>• Background knowledge in consumer lending is a plus.</p><p><br></p><p>Interested candidates should reach out to Hayley Master at 215.568.4580 and reference JO# 03720-0013321855</p><p><br></p>
