Human Resources (HR) Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Aventura, Florida. In this role, you will support key HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining compliance with regulations. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct interviews and evaluate potential candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and skills.<br>• Update and revise job descriptions and requirements as needed.<br>• Coordinate and manage new employee orientation, onboarding processes, and training sessions.<br>• Provide guidance and detailed information regarding employee benefit programs, assisting with inquiries and evaluating contract bids when necessary.<br>• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws related to human resources practices.<br>• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.<br>• Represent the organization at local community events and recruitment activities.<br>• Address employee concerns related to safety, wellness, and workplace policies.<br>• Participate in organizing committees focused on employee wellness, training, and workplace culture initiatives.
<p>• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).</p><p>• Solid understanding of human resources practices and principles.</p><p>• Skilled in using Microsoft Word and other office software.</p><p>• Experience in recruiting and evaluating personnel.</p><p>• Strong organizational and communication skills.</p><p>• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.</p><p>• Familiarity with federal and state HR compliance regulations.</p>
