This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in property management accounting and a keen eye for detail. You will play a central role in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting organizational budgeting efforts. Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and promptly. • Manage utility billing and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts. • Perform detailed data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records. • Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, including tracking and reporting. • Reconcile accounts to ensure consistency and resolve discrepancies. • Handle billing functions effectively, including invoicing and payment tracking. • Collaborate with property management teams to oversee financial operations. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create financial reports. • Support general accounting functions to maintain compliance and efficiency.

• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Strong knowledge of billing functions and account reconciliation. • Familiarity with financial operations within commercial property management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced spreadsheet functions. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently. • Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
