We are looking for an experienced Hybrid Senior Accountant to join our team in North Austin, Texas. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of accounting records, and supporting compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in month-end processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Responsibilities:• Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.• Conduct detailed account and bank reconciliations to maintain reliable financial records.• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to meet internal deadlines.• Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting efforts, providing insights for variance analysis.• Generate comprehensive financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.• Coordinate with auditors to facilitate smooth internal and external audit processes.• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all accounting activities.• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements for greater efficiency.

• Proven expertise in month-end close procedures and general ledger management. • Strong proficiency in preparing journal entries and conducting reconciliations. • Experience with account and bank reconciliation processes. • Solid understanding of financial reporting and compliance standards. • Ability to work effectively with auditors and support audit-related tasks. • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Advanced knowledge of accounting software and tools.
