Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a dedicated <strong>bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative</strong> to join our team in Auburn, Washington. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This is a long-term contract position that offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your interpersonal and organizational skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet and assist guests and drivers at the front desk, ensuring smooth coordination of visits and deliveries.</p><p>• Manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries related to returns, order discrepancies, and shortages.</p><p>• Initiate and oversee the return process, including documenting company details, items, and totals before forwarding invoices to the accounting team.</p><p>• Handle a high volume of calls daily, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.</p><p>• Distribute and prepare mail, ensuring timely and organized processing.</p><p>• Use Microsoft Office tools to manage data entry and records effectively.</p><p>• Utilize systems such as Great Plains and Zoom to support daily operations.</p><p>• Maintain a welcoming and efficient environment for guests and employees.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless communication.</p>
<p>•<strong>Proficiency in verbal and written Spanish is required.</strong></p><p>•Proven experience in customer service or call center roles, handling high call volumes.</p><p>• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for data entry and administrative tasks.</p><p>• Basic knowledge of Great Plains software is preferred.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</p><p>• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.</p>
