We are looking for a meticulous Collections Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will focus on customer outreach and account reconciliation, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This is a high-volume position requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. Responsibilities: • Conduct outreach to customers to address overdue accounts and ensure timely payments. • Handle a high volume of communications with accuracy and care. • Reconcile customer accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly. • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and payment agreements. • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline collection processes and improve efficiency. • Provide exceptional customer service while addressing payment issues and inquiries. • Monitor and report on collection activities to ensure alignment with company goals. • Work one day per week on-site as required by the organization. • Adhere to the established business casual dress code and maintain a composed demeanor.

• Proven experience in commercial and consumer collections. • Strong understanding of credit and collection processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for high-volume customer outreach. • Proficiency in account reconciliation and resolving billing discrepancies. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with collections and billing systems. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Flexibility to work on-site one day per week as needed.
