<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented <strong>Business Process Analyst</strong> to evaluate, document, and improve the way our organization operates. This role focuses on understanding current workflows, identifying gaps, and partnering with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience working across finance and supply chain processes.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Map and document existing business processes across departments, highlighting dependencies and inefficiencies.</li><li>Gather input from stakeholders to understand operational challenges and business requirements.</li><li>Analyze workflows in <strong>accounts payable, procurement, and supply chain operations</strong>, identifying opportunities for optimization or automation.</li><li>Design and propose new workflows, policies, or system enhancements aligned with business goals.</li><li>Partner with IT, operations, and leadership teams to support the rollout of process changes and technology solutions.</li><li>Develop performance metrics and dashboards to measure the impact of process changes.</li><li>Provide ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement recommendations.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operations consulting.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>accounts payable processes, sourcing, and supply chain workflows</strong>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of process documentation and modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts).</li><li>Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process-mapping applications.</li><li>Exposure to ERP systems, ideally <strong>Oracle Financials or Oracle Cloud</strong>, to support process analysis and improvements.</li><li>Comfortable working with data for decision-making (Excel, SQL, or BI tools).</li><li>Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.</li></ul>
