<p>Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a growing healthcare company in the Smyrna area that is looking to add a Sr Talent Acquisition Manager to their team. The Sr Talent Acquisition Manager will manage a team of 1 and will be responsible for transforming the organizations talent acquisition program including implementing and streamlining processes to support their rapid growth. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization and make an immediate impact. The position is hybrid, candidates must be local to the Atlanta Market to be considered. Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Leader in the Healthcare industry is a plus, bachelors degree is required.</p>

• Extensive experience in human resources leadership roles, particularly in employee relations and talent acquisition.<br>• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and HR compliance practices.<br>• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning and reorganization strategies.<br>• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.<br>• Proficiency in designing and implementing effective sourcing techniques for talent acquisition.<br>• Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
