<p>We are looking for a skilled Staff Accountant to join our team in Apopka, Florida. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of an automotive-focused business. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.</p><p>• Create journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and support monthly closing processes.</p><p>• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.</p><p>• Respond to information requests, review financial statements, and contribute to audit processes.</p><p>• Handle cash deposits for vehicle transactions and sales department operations.</p><p>• Generate cash reports to support financial oversight.</p><p>• Meet established deadlines for financial processing and reporting.</p><p>• Participate in special projects as needed.</p>

<p>• Minimum of three years of related accounting experience.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organizational focus.</p><p>• Motivated and hardworking, with a commitment to accuracy and detail.</p><p>• Strong experience in Excel and accounting software. </p>
