In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accurate entries and adherence to month-end and year-end closing processes. • Prepare and review journal entries to support the timely completion of financial closings. • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. • Conduct cost analysis to evaluate manufacturing expenses, variances, and pricing strategies to support decision-making. • Analyze and summarize financial data to meet monthly and annual reporting deadlines. • Develop and enforce internal controls, policies, and procedures to protect company assets and maintain accurate financial data. • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting processes.
