As a Staff Accountant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the financial operations by preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive organizational success. <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or progress toward certification is a plus.</li><li><strong>2+ years of experience</strong> in accounting or related roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions across teams and stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br></p>
