<p>The Salesforce Business Analyst supports ongoing enhancements and optimization of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platforms. This role partners with business stakeholders to understand workflows, gather requirements, and translate needs into clear functional documentation for technical teams. You’ll help ensure Salesforce solutions align with business goals while improving usability and adoption.</p>
