Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision, adhering to strict deadlines. • Prepare, review, and reconcile general ledger accounts to maintain financial accuracy. • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure timely reporting. • Maintain comprehensive records of financial transactions in alignment with company policies and accounting standards. • Support the creation of financial reports and statements for internal and external use. • Provide documentation and explanations during audits to facilitate compliance. • Monitor and reconcile bank statements to ensure consistency and accuracy. • Collaborate with team members to optimize accounting processes and resolve discrepancies.

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable and receivable. • Proficiency in managing billing functions and account reconciliations. • Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices. • Demonstrated ability to work with financial systems and tools effectively. • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external parties.
