<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and supervise grant contracting, including review, monitoring, and staff training (Certificate of Insurance, W9, application requirements)</li><li>Guide finance staff and troubleshoot application issues</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (First 5, finance) for weekly updates and problem-solving</li><li>Oversee application workflow and tracking; assign applications throughout the process</li><li>Provide technical assistance to applicants and staff</li><li>Track payment status and support follow-up</li><li>Help develop materials and resources for staff and providers</li><li>Participate in implementing new funding initiatives</li><li>Other duties and projects as assigned</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years’ experience in contract compliance and budgeting, ideally in public administration or related field</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, administration, or equivalent experience</li><li>Supervisory experience required</li><li>Bilingual skills a plus, but not required</li><li>Available for occasional outreach after hours (6–7pm weekdays)</li></ul><p><br></p>
