HR Generalist
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Addison, Texas. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your HR expertise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting approximately 600 employees. You will play a pivotal role in managing a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, training, benefits administration, and data analysis.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for front-line positions, such as security roles, to ensure the acquisition of high-quality talent.<br>• Facilitate and deliver training sessions using established templates and AI tools to support and develop managerial staff.<br>• Manage the open enrollment process, including communicating benefits options and assisting employees in their selections.<br>• Generate ad hoc HR reports and maintain accurate employee records using HRIS systems.<br>• Provide comprehensive guidance and support to employees on benefits-related inquiries, including resolving complex issues.<br>• Conduct advanced data analysis in Excel, utilizing pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUP to generate actionable insights.<br>• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures while addressing employee relations matters effectively.<br>• Collaborate with managers to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance team performance.
• At least 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.<br>• Proven ability to manage recruitment for front-line or entry-level positions.<br>• Strong training background, including experience coaching managers and delivering HR-related sessions.<br>• In-depth understanding of open enrollment processes and benefits administration.<br>• Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.<br>• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret HR data to inform decision-making.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across all levels of the organization.
