Its attorneys handle complex regulatory and commercial matters, as well as high-stakes litigation in state, federal, and international venues.</p><p><br></p><p>The firm is seeking an attorney with at least four years of experience in insurance defense and personal injury/product liability litigation. The ideal candidate can independently manage cases and oversee all aspects of pre-trial litigation on behalf of a diverse client base, including domestic and international carriers, insurers, and transportation companies.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Represent clients in insurance defense, product liability, and related litigation involving personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, cargo loss, and other tort claims.</li><li>Manage all phases of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial.</li><li>Demonstrate a strong interest in courtroom litigation; trial experience is beneficial but not required.</li></ul><p><br></p>
