  • We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee daily operations for a commercial building. This Contract position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can balance tenant support, vendor coordination, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced onsite environment. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage building priorities with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the daily management of a multi-tenant property, ensuring building operations run efficiently and issues are addressed promptly.<br>• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants by responding to service needs, coordinating occupancy changes, and tracking lease-related deadlines.<br>• Administer property documentation and financial processes, including contracts, billing support, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activities.<br>• Partner with engineering, janitorial, and parking teams to coordinate maintenance requests and support overall property performance.<br>• Assist with planning onsite initiatives such as tenant events and sustainability-related reporting or projects.<br>• Provide day-to-day coordination and guidance for onsite personnel to help maintain service standards and operational consistency.<br>• Lead recurring team meetings, prepare agendas, and communicate updates on building priorities, concerns, and action items.<br>• Use property management and office systems to maintain accurate records, monitor workflows, and support operational reporting.
