<p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related.</li><li>5+ years progressive accounting experience; strong close and reconciliation background</li><li>Advanced Excel skills, including experience with large data sets, pivot tables, and formulas</li><li>Proficiency with ERP systems (i.e. NetSuite / Sage Intacct / WorkDay); GAAP knowledge</li><li>GAAP mastery and strong analytical chops.</li><li>Organization, problem-solving, and top-notch communication skills.</li><li>Teamwork, independence, and rock-solid follow-through.</li></ul><p><strong>Bonus Points For:</strong></p><ul><li>Multi-entity, intercompany and consolidation experience.</li><li>Automation & reporting platform savvy.</li><li>Private equity experience.</li><li>Proven process improvement and ERP enhancement skills.</li></ul>
