Your main goal will be to maintain accurate financial records and provide excellent customer service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>• Handle the processing of purchase orders, joint checks, and general contractor contracts.<br>• Oversee billing and invoice processes, including AIA, GC Pay, Textura, and ERP system operations.<br>• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations.<br>• Administer various types of insurance, such as workers' compensation, general liability, building and hazard, auto, and health.<br>• Deliver high-quality customer service and engage in problem-solving tasks as needed.<br>• Manage human resources tasks such as attendance record keeping, benefit records maintenance, and enforcing office protocols.<br>• Develop and manage compensation packages, including bonus/profit sharing systems.<br>• Ensure confidentiality of information and adhere to OSHA and safety measures.<br>• Use strong computer skills to manage tasks, with a particular focus on Excel and Microsoft Office.<br>• Perform account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, data entry, and month-end close tasks using QuickBooks.
