This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a solid background in accounts receivable processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process and record incoming payments accurately and efficiently.<br>• Manage client accounts to ensure timely collections and resolve discrepancies.<br>• Handle commercial collection activities, including follow-ups and negotiations.<br>• Reconcile accounts to ensure all transactions are accounted for and correctly applied.<br>• Perform cash application tasks to allocate payments to the correct invoices.<br>• Generate and distribute invoices in accordance with billing schedules.<br>• Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable activities.<br>• Collaborate with other departments to address billing inquiries and resolve issues.<br>• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status for management review.
