We need someone who stays close to <br>the work and leads by example.<br>Roles & Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and develop a team of two data analysts focused on reporting, dashboards, and <br>data modeling<br>• Own schema design, data modeling decisions, and warehouse architecture<br>• Optimize query performance, storage costs, and pipeline reliability<br>• Partner with engineering teams on data integration, ETL processes, and source system <br>changes<br>• Establish and enforce standards for data quality, access controls, and documentation<br>• Evaluate and implement tooling decisions across the data stack<br>• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable data solutions<br>• Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including internal proprietary <br>and third-party applications and APIs<br>Qualifications:<br>• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent<br>• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related technical <br>role<br>• 2+ years of experience managing or technically leading a team<br>• Deep expertise with cloud data warehouse: Azure Data Warehouse or Snowflake<br>• Advanced SQL skills and solid understanding of data modeling patterns (star schema, <br>normalization tradeoffs, slowly changing dimensions)<br>• Hands-on experience with at least one BI platform (PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker)<br>• Experience with Salesforce data structures and reporting (SOQL, custom objects, record <br>relationships)<br>• Familiarity with ETL/ELT orchestration tools (Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Airbyte etc..)<br>• Background in data governance, PII handling, or compliance requirements<br>• Ability to understand and document business logic, not just technical implementation<br>• Clear communication skills—you'll interface with both engineers and business <br>stakeholder

This individual will play a pivotal role in converting legacy systems to scalable, microservices-based architectures, enhancing technical capabilities and team performance through hands-on leadership and results-driven strategy. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in IT modernization and a proven history of leading transformation at enterprise organizations.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, converting monolithic applications to modern microservices architectures and leveraging cloud-based solutions.</p><p>• Serve as a hands-on leader who collaborates closely with engineering teams—writing code, designing solutions, conducting code reviews, and solving complex technical challenges.</p><p>• Evaluate the current state of applications and systems, recommending scalable solutions that align with business and technology objectives.</p><p>• Drive metrics-based performance cultures—define, track, and report on KPIs for engineering quality, system uptime, delivery velocity, and team productivity.</p><p>• Mentor, grow, and manage high-performing engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment for teams of approximately 20 direct reports.</p><p>• Ensure technical debt is addressed thoughtfully by prioritizing modernization, maintainability, and long-term sustainability.</p><p>• Own the road map for technical modernization, advocating for best practices across Agile methodologies, CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality.</p><p>• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, building consensus and alignment across departments.</p><p>• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, QA, Data, and Security teams to deliver high-value software, ensuring security, compliance, and business continuity.</p><p>• Very nice to have: Lead initiatives related to accounting applications, payment processing platforms, or financial technologies.</p><p><br></p>
