We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Woodlawn, Ohio. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities: • Review and evaluate employment applications to identify candidates with relevant experience. • Conduct timely and effective applicant screening to match candidates with open positions. • Lead interviews and assess candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experience to ensure alignment with job requirements. • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate and organized records. • Represent the company at job fairs to attract potential candidates and enhance employer branding. • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. • Prepare and deliver recruitment reports to provide insights into hiring activities. • Promote the company as an attractive workplace to potential candidates. • Collaborate with HR team members to provide support and backup when needed. • Perform additional duties as assigned to support recruitment and HR operations.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. • Strong ability to conduct effective and detail-oriented candidate interviews. • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies and techniques. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and maintaining recruitment databases. • Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
