HR Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Woodlawn, Ohio. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet organizational needs. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's growth while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Review and evaluate employment applications to identify candidates with relevant experience.<br>• Conduct timely and effective applicant screening to match candidates with open positions.<br>• Lead interviews and assess candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experience to ensure alignment with job requirements.<br>• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate and organized records.<br>• Represent the company at job fairs to attract potential candidates and enhance employer branding.<br>• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.<br>• Prepare and deliver recruitment reports to provide insights into hiring activities.<br>• Promote the company as an attractive workplace to potential candidates.<br>• Collaborate with HR team members to provide support and backup when needed.<br>• Perform additional duties as assigned to support recruitment and HR operations.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.<br>• Strong ability to conduct effective and detail-oriented candidate interviews.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies and techniques.<br>• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and maintaining recruitment databases.<br>• Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
