Solution Analyst
<p>The Solutions Analyst serves as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, identifying technology gaps, recommending innovative solutions, and enhancing processes to support organizational goals. Acting as a liaison between business needs and technical capabilities, the Solutions Analyst facilitates collaboration sessions, gathers and documents requirements, and supports all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role also manages and administers both new and existing technologies, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and initiating conversations with business leaders to drive value.</p><p>In addition, the Solutions Analyst translates business requirements into detailed technical specifications and workflows, evaluates enterprise application architecture, and designs effective technical solutions. The role involves close coordination with stakeholders, collaboration with development teams and vendors, and the creation of comprehensive technical documentation and post-implementation support.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs.</li><li>Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather and validate functional and technical requirements.</li><li>Analyze current systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Serve as the administrator for enterprise applications, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Support the full SDLC, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.</li><li>Develop and maintain technical documentation, including workflows, specifications, and user guides.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.</li><li>Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented technologies, ensuring continuous improvement and user satisfaction.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>Partner with a single line of business to understand strategic goals and business vision.</li><li>Proactively lead stakeholder discussions to gather requirements, clarify needs, and identify constraints.</li><li>Convert user stories and acceptance criteria into technical documentation, including data mapping, process flows, test plans, and requirements traceability matrices (RTMs).</li><li>Establish and manage collaboration cadences throughout the project lifecycle to eliminate roadblocks and enhance cross-functional communication.</li><li>Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by stabilizing environments, preparing test scenarios, executing tests, and reviewing outcomes.</li><li>Work closely with Solutions Analysts, Data Analysts, and Developers to ideate technology solutions, coordinate UAT efforts, and define project timelines.</li><li>Translate functional requirements from Business Analysts into detailed technical specifications and implementation workflows.</li><li>Assess current enterprise application architecture to identify integration opportunities, recommend system enhancements, and optimize processes in alignment with organizational objectives.</li><li>Design and document technical solutions, including system configurations, data flow diagrams, and process maps, for review and approval.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to validate solutions, resolve requirement gaps, and ensure compliance with enterprise data standards and governance.</li><li>Coordinate with development teams and external vendors during implementation to resolve issues, manage escalations, and ensure successful delivery.</li><li>Develop and execute comprehensive test plans in partnership with the Enterprise Data Team, ensuring system and integration testing meets business and technical requirements.</li><li>Facilitate UAT by preparing test cases, collecting stakeholder feedback, and ensuring timely resolution of defects.</li><li>Produce technical documentation and user guides that meet both technical standards and accessibility requirements.</li><li>Serve as the primary contact for post-implementation support, monitoring performance, resolving technical issues, and recommending enhancements.</li><li>Perform additional duties as needed to support operational success and business continuity.</li></ul><p><br></p>
