<p>Position Summary:</p><p><br></p><p>The Business Analyst (BA) will collaborate closely with the Director of Data Technology, key stakeholders, and business users to identify gaps in existing systems and uncover opportunities for implementing new technologies that align with strategic business objectives. Acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, the BA will facilitate collaborative sessions, proactively remove obstacles, and support all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Additionally, the BA will serve as the administrator for both current and emerging technologies. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can anticipate data and technology needs, identify potential improvements ahead of business demand, and drive innovation across the organization</p>

<p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><p>§ Bachelor’s Degree <strong>or</strong> equivalent work experience</p><p>§ 5+ years with Microsoft Word</p><p>§ 2+ years with Microsoft SQL (T-SQL)</p><p>§ 2+ years with DataBricks</p><p>§ 2+ years with Power BI</p><p>§ 2+ years with Microsoft Visio</p><p>§ Azure services (preferred)</p><p>§ Scrum master-certified (preferred)</p><p>§ CBAP (preferred)</p><p><br></p>
