In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top engineering talent for our clients. If you have a passion for full-cycle recruiting and a strong understanding of corporate hiring practices, we invite you to bring your expertise to this dynamic opportunity.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Source, screen, and interview candidates with specialized engineering skills to match client needs.<br>• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of engineering professionals through networking, industry events, and database searches.<br>• Develop job postings and utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.<br>• Establish and nurture relationships with engineering firms to understand their hiring objectives and technical requirements.<br>• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to stay informed about industry trends and demands.<br>• Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process, fostering positive experiences for both clients and candidates.<br>• Use applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and ensure hiring processes are efficient.<br>• Conduct thorough evaluations of candidates to assess their qualifications and compatibility with client expectations.<br>• Stay proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment strategies and meet long-term hiring goals.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within engineering disciplines.<br>• Strong knowledge of corporate recruiting practices and talent acquisition strategies.<br>• Proven ability to source candidates using advanced methods, including database searches and networking.<br>• Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.<br>• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.<br>• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.<br>• Ability to analyze industry trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
