We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves managing high-volume invoice processing and related accounts payable tasks. Responsibilities:• Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency.• Manage accounts payable tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies.• Utilize tools such as bill.com for invoice processing and payment management.• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.• Maintain organized records of financial transactions for reporting purposes.• Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries and issues.• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.• Collaborate with team members to improve AP processes and workflows.

• At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field. • Proficiency in using bill.com or similar accounts payable software. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Ability to handle high-volume invoice processing efficiently. • Solid understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices. • Effective communication skills for vendor and internal interactions. • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
