Executive Assistant
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will excel at managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing high-quality presentations. This role requires professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and maintain the schedules of executives, ensuring meetings and appointments are organized effectively.<br>• Manage daily operations by addressing administrative tasks and resolving billing discrepancies.<br>• Design and prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations for executive and team meetings.<br>• Handle inbound calls professionally and provide assistance or direct inquiries as needed.<br>• Oversee patient payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.<br>• Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.<br>• Support executives by anticipating their needs and proactively resolving potential issues.<br>• Assist in planning and executing company events or initiatives as required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.<br>• Proficiency in creating detailed presentations using PowerPoint.<br>• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Experience in handling billing discrepancies and patient payment processes.<br>• Ability to manage inbound telephone calls and inquiries with attention to detail.<br>• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.<br>• High level of discretion in all interactions.
