<p>Robert Half is looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our clients growing team. In this role, you will be involved with critical accounting functions, including maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and contributing to month-end and year-end close processes. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for financial accuracy. This is a newly created role due to the company's growth.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.</p><p>• Reconcile accounts and maintain up-to-date financial records within the general ledger.</p><p>• Support month-end and year-end closing activities by compiling and analyzing financial data.</p><p>• Generate financial statements and reports to provide insights into company performance.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to organizational and financial policies, maintaining compliance with regulations.</p><p>• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>For immediate consideration please contact directly Steve Fields at 919-787-8226</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</p><p>• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.</p><p>• Proficiency in accounting software</p><p>• In-depth knowledge of U.S. accounting standards and practices.</p><p><br></p>
