<p>The Staff Accountant will support the Controller with daily accounting operations, including payables, receivables, billing, and general administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career seeking broad, hands-on experience. Familiarity with structured billing formats is helpful but not required.</p><ul><li>Process vendor invoices with accurate coding, complete PO matching, prepare weekly payments, and maintain vendor/compliance records.</li><li>Prepare customer invoices, handle light collections, apply payments, reconcile aging reports, and support required documentation.</li><li>Assist with billing packages, adjustments, and backup materials while maintaining organized project files and tracking logs.</li><li>Support month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations; maintain fixed asset and equipment records; and assist with payroll or administrative tasks as needed.</li></ul>
