<p><strong>Senior Litigation Paralegal – Corporate Governance (Wilmington, DE | Hybrid)</strong></p><p><br></p><p>A leading national litigation practice is seeking a proactive Senior Paralegal to support its corporate governance and shareholder litigation team. <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> • Oversee and track case dockets, including Delaware Chancery Court matters</p><p> • Manage complex corporate governance litigation from inception through resolution</p><p> • Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and related tools</p><p> • Draft, proofread, cite-check, and fact-check briefs, complaints, and related filings</p><p> • Prepare and file documents in Delaware courts (File & ServeXpress experience preferred)</p><p> • Organize case files, discovery materials, and reference documents</p><p> • Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation, including scheduling and exhibit prep</p><p> • Maintain timekeeping entries and coordinate with attorneys and paralegals across offices</p><p> • Retrieve applicable rules, regulations, and supporting materials</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p> • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of litigation paralegal experience</p><p> • Strong familiarity with Delaware Chancery Court rules, filings, and procedures</p><p> • Solid Bluebooking and cite-checking experience</p><p> • Strong research skills and proficiency with Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and court databases</p><p> • Exceptional attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational skills</p><p> • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</p><p> • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross-office teams</p><p> • I-Manage and advanced MS Word skills preferred</p><p> • Class action experience a plus</p><p> • Ability to work overtime as needed</p><p><strong>Work Environment & Logistics:</strong></p><p> • Full-time, non-exempt role based in Wilmington, DE</p><p> • Hybrid schedule: typically 3 days onsite (Tues/Wed required) and 2 remote</p><p> • Overtime may be required based on workload</p><p> • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p> • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and additional employee programs</p>
