Responsibilities:• Draft and prepare litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.• File and serve legal documents in both state and federal courts using platforms such as CM/ECF and File & Serve.• Manage e-discovery processes, including database work in Relativity, document reviews, and production.• Conduct thorough legal research to support case development and attorney needs.• Assist attorneys during depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials by providing necessary logistical and documentation support.• Organize case files, discovery materials, and prepare trial or hearing notebooks.• Proofread legal documents and perform cite-checking to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.• Track case deadlines, maintain calendars, and facilitate efficient matter management.• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel to provide updates and address inquiries.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or certification in paralegal studies is preferred. • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a mid- to large-sized law firm. • Comprehensive understanding of Delaware court procedures and federal litigation practices. • Proficiency in legal software such as Relativity, CM/ECF, File & Serve, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Advanced legal research skills using platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw. • Strong writing, communication, and organizational capabilities. • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. • Familiarity with trial preparation processes and business or commercial law.
