Corporate Litigation Paralegal
<p>Our client is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Litigation Paralegal to join a well established Delaware team. <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare briefs: proofreading, cite checking, Bluebook compliance, validating case law, and reviewing tables of authority/contents</li><li>Organize and assemble exhibits and appendices for briefs</li><li>Perform electronic court filings (ECF) in federal and state courts</li><li>Coordinate service of pleadings, summonses, and filings with the court</li><li>Prepare hearing binders, witness files, and assist with trial attendance and management</li><li>Maintain and track case calendars, including deadline calculations under federal, state, and local rules</li><li>Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw, Lexis, PACER, Courtlink, and public records</li><li>Assist attorneys with document review, privilege determinations, and drafting privilege logs</li><li>Draft legal documents, including motions, affidavits, notices, and deposition materials</li><li>Manage document productions and acquisitions using litigation databases (Summation, Concordance, etc.)</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Strong command of <strong>Bluebook/Cite Checking and legal citation rules</strong></li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under deadlines</li><li>Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and litigation support databases</li><li>Previous experience conducting court filings in federal and state courts (Delaware Chancery Court a plus)</li><li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a multi-lawyer law firm</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in English, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join?</strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on experience with high-profile and complex litigation matters</li><li>Collaborative team environment with supportive attorneys</li><li>Opportunity to deepen expertise in <strong>Delaware Chancery Court</strong> and complex litigation practice</li><li>Exposure to trials, hearings, and case strategy from start to finish</li></ul>
