We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to join our team in Wickliffe, Ohio. The role requires strong expertise in financial processes and reporting, as well as proficiency in accounting software.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Perform bank reconciliations across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.<br>• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the month-end close process.<br>• Maintain and manage the general ledger to ensure financial data integrity.<br>• Generate and analyze gross profit reports to support business decision-making.<br>• Assist in preparing financial statements in adherence to regulatory standards.<br>• Utilize Visual Enterprise software to manage accounting activities efficiently.<br>• Support fixed assets management processes using specialized software.<br>• Create and maintain purchasing records as part of financial operations.<br>• Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills to perform data analysis and reporting.

• Proven experience in month-end close procedures and journal entry preparation.<br>• Strong knowledge of general ledger management and account reconciliation.<br>• Expertise in performing bank reconciliations for multiple locations.<br>• Familiarity with Visual Enterprise software or similar accounting systems.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.<br>• Ability to generate accurate and detailed gross profit reports.<br>• Solid understanding of fixed assets accounting and management.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in financial operations.
