Qualified candidates can send their resume directly to Joe.Ciavardini@roberthalf Responsibilities:• Maintain detailed accounting records for the laundry service division, including tracking revenue from automated systems across multiple locations.• Handle payroll processing for the laundry division to ensure employees are accurately compensated.• Manage the general ledger, ensuring proper recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.• Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.• Prepare comprehensive financial statements to support management in decision-making.• Collaborate on accounting tasks related to multi-family rental properties, providing accurate financial insights.• Utilize financial software such as Yardi, MRI, or QuickBooks to streamline accounting operations.• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.• Provide support during month-end close processes to ensure timely reporting.

• Proven experience in property accounting, preferably within multi-family housing. • Strong knowledge of general ledger and month-end close procedures. • Familiarity with accounting software such as Yardi, MRI, or QuickBooks. • Ability to manage payroll and accounts payable functions effectively. • Experience preparing management financial statements and analyzing financial data. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of multifamily property operations and accounting practices. • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
