<p>We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in computer hardware and operating systems, who enjoys troubleshooting and providing technical support. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing technology systems.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.</p><p>• Provide technical support for Dell, IBM, and Apple devices, ensuring smooth operation and resolving issues promptly.</p><p>• Perform system updates, backups, and maintenance to guarantee optimal performance and data security.</p><p>• Manage inventory and asset tagging processes for all IT equipment.</p><p>• Handle Active Directory tasks, including user account management and security settings.</p><p>• Assist with cable installation and connectivity troubleshooting.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless technology integration.</p><p>• Educate users on best practices for utilizing IT systems effectively.</p>

<p>• Proven experience with computer hardware installation and troubleshooting.</p><p>• Familiarity with Dell Technologies, IBM systems, and Apple devices.</p><p>• Knowledge of Active Directory and backup technologies.</p><p>• Ability to manage inventory and asset tagging processes.</p><p>• Skilled in cable installation and network connectivity.</p><p>• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p>
