<p>We’re looking for a Workstation Support Engineer to help maintain and improve our Windows and macOS systems across the organization. This role combines hands-on technical work with opportunities to support projects, improve system performance, and assist team members.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Install, configure, and support Windows and macOS workstations.</p><p>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.</p><p>Help plan and implement workstation upgrades and new technology solutions.</p><p>Manage and monitor devices through SCCM and Intune.</p><p>Support Apple device setup and management using Jamf, Mosyle, or Apple Business Manager.</p><p>Use Active Directory and Group Policy to manage users and system settings.</p><p>Automate routine tasks with PowerShell (a plus).</p><p>Create documentation and share knowledge with the IT team.</p>

<p>3+ years of experience in IT support or workstation administration.</p><p>Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.</p><p>Experience with SCCM, Intune, and Apple device management tools.</p><p>Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy.</p><p>PowerShell scripting skills or willingness to learn.</p><p>Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking abilities.</p>
