This is an exceptional opportunity for detail-oriented candidates passionate about innovation and ready for significant detail oriented growth within a prestigious organization. <br> Responsibilities: • Manage patent prosecution matters, focusing on advanced technologies such as 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, image processing, and RF front-end systems. • Collaborate with clients to build, develop, and manage their intellectual property portfolios. • Conduct thorough research and prepare filings with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). • Provide strategic legal advice on patent-related matters to clients across a range of industries. • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and align intellectual property strategies accordingly. • Draft, review, and prosecute patent applications with a focus on technologies like autonomous vehicles, robotics, and wireless communications. • Keep up-to-date with advancements in patent law and technology trends to provide insightful guidance. • Contribute to the growth of the firm's practice by providing high-quality legal services and building strong client relationships. • Mentor entry-level attorneys and contribute to teamwork and knowledge sharing within the firm. • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand the firm's client base.

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.<br>• A minimum of seven years of experience in patent prosecution, with expertise in advanced technologies such as 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, and RF systems.<br>• Registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or eligibility to register.<br>• Admission to the Bar and good standing, or eligibility for admission through waiver.<br>• Demonstrated experience in creating and managing intellectual property portfolios for clients.<br>• Strong academic credentials paired with excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.<br>• Preferred knowledge in domains such as autonomous vehicles, robotics, natural language processing, or computer vision.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
