We are looking for a skilled Mitel MiVB Unified Communications Engineer to design, implement, and maintain unified communication systems for our clients. This role requires expertise in Mitel UC technologies, including cloud-based, premise-based, and traditional telecommunications systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in advanced applications, hardware, and software, combined with excellent troubleshooting abilities and customer service skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design, deploy, and manage onsite and remote unified communications systems, including Mitel UC technologies.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop and server operating systems.<br>• Implement UC solutions at customer locations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.<br>• Maintain and support UC servers, gateways, endpoints, and applications.<br>• Collaborate with communication service providers to order, install, and resolve issues with voice and data services.<br>• Monitor system alerts and resolve issues using remote monitoring tools and service tickets.<br>• Develop and implement disaster recovery solutions for unified communications systems.<br>• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for UC systems and processes.<br>• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on incidents, outages, and system changes.<br>• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and responsive service.

• At least 5 years of experience in unified communications and VoIP systems.<br>• Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Azure Active Directory.<br>• Familiarity with Citrix technologies and Microsoft Exchange.<br>• Strong knowledge of Mitel systems, VoIP protocols, and unified communication technologies.<br>• Understanding of networking concepts, desktop/server operating systems, firewalls, and IT security.<br>• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills for technical issues.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and active listening.<br>• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
