We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee and manage critical financial operations within our organization in Westlake Village, California. This role requires someone with a strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of accounting principles to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial records and reporting.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the organization’s financial health.<br>• Document and record all financial transactions with precision and attention to detail.<br>• Perform month-end close procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting.<br>• Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements to maintain financial accuracy.<br>• Review accounting data for discrepancies and resolve any identified errors.<br>• Calculate interest charges and ensure proper documentation and reporting.<br>• Manage payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.<br>• Create and maintain journal entries to support the organization’s financial processes.

• Proven experience in month-end close procedures.<br>• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting.<br>• Expertise in preparing and posting journal entries.<br>• Proficiency in account reconciliation processes.<br>• Experience in bank reconciliations with a focus on accuracy.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.<br>• Familiarity with payroll tracking and related financial systems.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
