<ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA designation is highly desirable.</li><li><strong>5+ years</strong> of progressive accounting experience, with exposure to roles such as senior accountant, financial analyst, or accounting manager.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle. Advanced Excel skills preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger functions.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
