<p>We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Westborough, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and contributing to the success of our operations. The role offers the opportunity to work fully on-site with a flexible schedule.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.</p><p>• Manage the month-end closing process, adhering to a three-day deadline.</p><p>• Review and maintain the general ledger for completeness and accuracy.</p><p>• Reconcile accounts and perform detailed account analysis to support financial reporting.</p><p>• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in cash flow management.</p><p>• Utilize ERP software to streamline accounting processes and data management.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial data.</p><p>• Generate and review reports using Excel for financial planning and decision-making.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all tasks.</p><p>• Provide support and insights for audits and other financial reviews.</p>

<p>• Proven experience in month-end close activities and financial reporting.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of general ledger management and journal entries.</p><p>• Proficiency in account reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes.</p><p>• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.</p><p>• Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with reporting tools.</p><p>• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</p><p>• Ability to work on-site in Westborough, Massachusetts.</p><p>• Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards.</p>
