Robert Half is seeking a <strong>Senior Accountant</strong> to join a client’s team and bring value through exceptional financial acumen, leadership, and problem-solving expertise.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage general ledger accounting processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.</li><li>Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and budgeting initiatives.</li><li>Conduct internal audits and assist in external audit preparation as necessary.</li><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance processes, improve controls, and streamline financial workflows.</li><li>Oversee tax filing requirements and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.</li><li>Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial forecasting, operational reporting, and profitability analysis.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Active CPA certification.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior or supervisory roles.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of GAAP and corporate financial practices.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems, such as Workday, is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities in fast-paced environments.</li></ul><p><br></p>
