By sending an updated resume to Fana Belcher at  [fana.belcher][at]roberthalf[dot][com].</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate the setup of conference rooms, including arranging furniture, configuring audio/visual equipment, and organizing food and beverages according to daily schedules.</p><p>• Ensure conference rooms are cleaned and restored after use, including returning any borrowed items to vendors.</p><p>• Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen areas and catering spaces to create a detail-oriented environment.</p><p>• Monitor and manage inventory levels of catering supplies to ensure availability and proper stocking.</p><p>• Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.</p><p>• Communicate clearly with team members and vendors to ensure seamless operations.</p><p>• Assist with managing vendor relationships related to catering and hospitality services.</p><p>• Uphold high standards of service delivery in all hospitality-related tasks and responsibilities.</p>

• At least one year of experience in office services, preferably within catering or hospitality industries.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.<br>• Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and vendors.<br>• Familiarity with managing inventory and coordinating supplies.<br>• Knowledge of conference room configurations and audio/visual equipment setup.<br>• Ability to maintain cleanliness and uphold high standards in shared spaces.<br>• Experience working with vendors and understanding catering processes.<br>• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and adapt to changing schedules and needs.
