<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.</li><li>Significant hands-on experience as a Controller, CFO, or senior accounting manager in a multi-entity environment.</li><li>Proficient in managing intercompany transactions and eliminating consolidation entries.</li><li>Background in hospitality or client-focused industries is highly desirable.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build accounting/finance processes from the ground up and implement best-in-class controls.</li><li>Confident, proactive communicator able to collaborate effectively with executive leadership, clients, and operations teams.</li><li>Skilled with modern accounting software and financial reporting tools.</li></ul><p><br></p>
