Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to assist in delivering exceptional service within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will bring energy, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring smooth operations during events.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assist with the transportation and arrangement of conference supplies, including lifting and setting up tables.<br>• Prepare materials for events by organizing and packing conference attire and other necessary items.<br>• Respond to inbound and outbound calls promptly, providing clear and courteous assistance to customers.<br>• Handle order entries with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all requests are processed correctly.<br>• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues with care and precision.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction.<br>• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate event setup and operations.<br>• Communicate effectively with clients and attendees to provide information and support as needed.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not required.<br>• Ability to lift and move supplies as part of event setup duties.<br>• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.<br>• Familiarity with order entry systems and processes is a plus.<br>• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.<br>• Capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in all responsibilities.
