Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Washington, District of Columbia. In this role, you will support the International Operations team by ensuring seamless customer interactions and accurate data handling. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assist the International Operations team with various tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.<br>• Utilize Salesforce to manage and update customer information and track records efficiently.<br>• Match and reconcile tracks in the database to maintain accuracy and consistency.<br>• Respond to inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.<br>• Handle outbound calls to provide information and follow up on customer requests.<br>• Process and manage order entries with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Maintain a high standard of customer service in all interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address complex customer concerns and provide solutions.<br>• Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive customer data.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.<br>• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.<br>• Strong skills in data entry and order processing.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.<br>• Familiarity with handling inbound and outbound calls effectively.<br>• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.
