Payroll Clerk
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees. The ideal candidate will have experience with full-cycle payroll and a strong understanding of garnishments and manual payroll procedures.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process full-cycle payroll for an employee base ranging from 101 to 500 individuals.</p><p>• Audit payroll registers to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.</p><p>• Manage garnishments and other payroll deductions in alignment with legal requirements.</p><p>• Handle manual payroll tasks when necessary to address specific employee needs.</p><p>• Utilize ADP payroll software to streamline and maintain payroll processes.</p><p>• Verify payroll data and address discrepancies promptly.</p><p>• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.</p><p>• Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions for reporting and auditing purposes.</p><p>• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related issues with professionalism and efficiency.</p>
• Proven experience in payroll processing, including full-cycle payroll.<br>• Familiarity with managing payroll for organizations with 101 to 500 employees.<br>• Knowledge of garnishments and payroll deductions.<br>• Proficiency in ADP payroll systems and manual payroll procedures.<br>• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.<br>• Excellent communication skills for resolving payroll-related inquiries.<br>• Understanding of payroll compliance and reporting standards.
